Another day, another political internet quiz - this one I spotted at Hell Patrol on a post by David Cameron's Forehead. Here are my overall political views:

My Political Views
I am a right social libertarian
Right: 5.63, Libertarian: 7.88

Political Spectrum Quiz

Right-of-centre Social Libertarian... hmmm, sounds about right.

And in foreign policy:

My Foreign Policy Views
Score: -4.88

Political Spectrum Quiz

Again, spot on.

And finally, in terms of culture:

My Culture War Stance
Score: -8.14

Political Spectrum Quiz

Absolutely right. Jeez, one of these crappy quizzes that actually works... who'd have thought it?

Fuck me, don't tell me someone actually reads Hell Patrol.

I've always thought it would be best if they gave you a sort of personalised report, in text, explaining your views in the context of what others think. These axes are the best I've seen, but still not especially good.

I do indeed read Hell Patrol from time to time. If nothing else, I am intrigued by the thoughts of a long dead Liberal PM and the protruding forehead of the Leader of the Opposition.

I agree that this test is better than most, if only because each question has more than one variable. More often than not the questions are clearly leading in one direction. The worst one I took was sponsored by UKIP, and the questions were so loaded that you could not help but end up as a supporter of that particular party.

My red X came above the N in 'libertarian' and to the right of the T in 'right'.
Makes me a bit less Libertarian and a bit less Right than you, when do you want to fight ?

"My Political Views
I am a right moderate social libertarian
Right: 4, Libertarian: 3.11"

We don't need to fight. A simple arm-wrestle should be enough.
