Harman The Happy Warrior

Perhaps as some sort of obscure start to her campaign to be Brown's replacement, Harriet Harman has come out fighting against the Tories:
Deputy Labour leader Harriet Harman has called the Conservatives "arrogant" for believing it is "their turn, their right to lead this country"
Well, it might be a bit arrogant but then again, what are the Tories to do? The polls show that they are heading towards a sound victory. Besides, I'd question Harman's analysis of the situation. Are the Tories really behaving arrogantly? I'd say they're managing to keep the smugness and sense of excited expectation of getting back into power after so long pretty well under wraps.

And if there has been a party who arrogantly waited to for their turn to assume power, then it would be a particular party way back in 1997. A party that Harman knows very well...
